What it is like to attend
Diversity is celebrated and respected throughout this extremely inclusive nursery, which helps all to feel welcome and valued. Staff teach children about home countries and cultures with support from parents. Exceptionally strong bonds between children and staff are evident. Staff offer comfort and respond quickly to children's needs. Provision for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) is a strength. Dedicated, knowledgeable staff work very closely with children, parents and professionals to meet individual needs. Together, staff develop an extremely ambitious, well-considered and sequenced curriculum.
Regular two-way communication between staff and parents is highly effective. This helps ensure staff all know children and their next steps in learning exceedingly well. The curriculum builds from this so that all children make strong progress. The curriculum is embedded throughout the nursery and shared with other settings locally.
The well-being of children and staff is a high priority. Children relax and play with sensory toys in specially created zones. Staff teach children to respect others'

- Who would my child's key person be? And how long have the staff been there. No dataset holds this and it matters more than anything above.
- Can I visit at a busy time? Mid-morning on a weekday tells you far more than an empty room after hours.
