Funded hours
When a child turns 9 months they are entitled to Early Years Funding. As from the term after they turn 9 months (and eligibility criteria is met) the funding is available for you to have deducted from your fees: You are entitled to a maximum of 30 hours per week for 38 weeks per year.
Worth knowing. The 30 hours must be taken over a minimum of 2 days; the minimum number of hours that can be claimed per day is 5; the maximum number of hours that can be claimed per day is 10; the free entitlement must be taken between 8.00am and 6.00pm (7.30am and 5.30pm at Bumbles Old Swan); the entitlement can be accessed at a maximum of 2 settings. A small discretionary consumables/additional services charge will be applied to all funded sessions.
