What it is like to attend
Staff greet children warmly on arrival. Children are delighted to be at the inclusive setting and engage in learning with extremely high levels of enthusiasm. Less confident children are supported to settle at their own pace, and there is a strong focus on engaging with, and involving, all children.
Staff have incredibly high expectations of children's behaviour. They explain the consequences of actions, and the values and rules of the setting, which are strongly embedded. As a result, children behave exceptionally well, showing kindness and respect. They say 'please' and 'thank you' and share resources with ease. Children have extremely positive attitudes to learning, and parents report that children love nursery and are developing well.
Staff are confident and skilled in supporting children with additional needs thanks to strong links with parents and external professionals and effective training. This means that every child in this setting is thriving, and none are left behind.

- How do you apply my funded hours? Whether they stretch them over the year, and the minimum days you have to book.

- Who would my child's key person be? And how long have the staff been there. No dataset holds this and it matters more than anything above.
- Can I visit at a busy time? Mid-morning on a weekday tells you far more than an empty room after hours.
