What it is like to attend
Staff develop strong bonds with children. They spend time getting to know children and their families before they begin at the nursery. Staff plan a curriculum that includes daily visits to local parks and areas of interest. They make sure that all children learn about road safety and how to keep themselves safe outdoors.
Leaders focus on ensuring that all children access a broad and interesting curriculum. They use additional funding effectively to make a positive impact on disadvantaged children's progress. Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) are well supported. Staff work successfully with other professionals to smooth children's transition on to school when the time comes.
Staff encourage children to develop their listening and attention skills. As a a result, children develop positive attitudes to learning as they focus on activities for extended periods of time. Staff teach children how to share and play cooperatively with their friends. Staff encourage children to express their thoughts and feelings.

To further improve the quality of the early years provision, the provider should:
