What it is like to attend
All staff show an unwavering passion and commitment to enriching children's character and ensuring they form strong and secure attachments. As a result, children are brimming with confidence and self-assurance and are curious, motivated and resilient learners. All children benefit from a precisely planned and exceptionally well-delivered curriculum, which offers children engaging opportunities to build on their existing knowledge and perfect their skills. This supports children to engage quickly and demonstrate deep concentration and motivation in their play. Staff provide enriching opportunities for children to learn about the local environment and the wider world. This helps children to understand and respect their similarities and differences.
Staff have exceptionally high expectations for behaviour and routines are robust so that children quickly learn behaviour that is expected of them. As children progress through the setting, they develop remarkable independence skills as they learn to do more things for themselves. Children learn to resolve issues by sharing and taking turns and understand the impact of their behaviour on others. As such, children demonstrate high levels of respect and tolerance when playing and interacting with their friends. Mealtimes are a social event, where staff model positive relationships, respect and effective communication.
