15 hours a week for 38 weeks per year (term-time only); up to 30 funded hours a week (term-time only); some children eligible from the term after they are 9 months old; some two year olds eligible for 15 hours EYFE a week for 38 weeks per year (term time only).
Worth knowing. EYFE sessions are for 38 weeks per year which corresponds with local school term-times. Full fees are applicable in non-term time i.e. school holidays. Regular non attendance when receiving EYFE may result in the hours not being paid for by the Local Authority and therefore the cost being passed on to the parent. We require a minimum of 4 weeks notice to terminate your booking. (Please note: all consumables and meals would need to be provided).

What it is like to attend
Children are excited to attend the nursery. They arrive happy and are greeted by friendly staff. Staff work as a team and are kind, nurturing and attentive. Children who need help in settling in are supported by staff who know them well. Staff have good knowledge of children's backgrounds, families and individual experiences.
Staff form positive, trusting relationships with the children. The relationships between all children are good. Any rare minor disagreements are managed sensitively.
Staff offer a range of stimulating activities, which engage and interest children. For example, babies explore the garden and pull themselves up to access activities.
What Ofsted told them to improve
To further improve the quality of the early years provision, the provider should:

- Is £83.00 a day still the rate? What is on top: meals, nappies, late pick-up, and what happens if you are late.
- How do you apply my funded hours? Whether they stretch them over the year, and the minimum days you have to book.
- Do you have a place for a child of my age now? Baby rooms fill first and waiting lists are common.
- Who would my child's key person be? And how long have the staff been there. No dataset holds this and it matters more than anything above.
- Can I visit at a busy time? Mid-morning on a weekday tells you far more than an empty room after hours.
