Flexible government funding between the hours of 7.30 - 17.30 including the introduction of the new 2 year old funding.
Worth knowing. Any additional hours will be charged at our normal hourly rate. There is no registration fee for parents just doing government funded hours. At Little Buttons you can choose to use your funding term time only, or throughout the whole year.

What it is like to attend
Children are well supported by kind staff at this calm and caring nursery. Staff respond to children's emotions and behaviours in ways that suit them individually.
This helps children to feel settled and confident to explore the whole provision.
There is a strong focus on developing children's communication skills across the nursery. Children learn a range of words that supports their growing vocabulary.
What Ofsted told them to improve
To further improve the quality of the early years provision, the provider should:
- continue to embed the professional development to help all staff offer children consistently high-quality interactions n review routine times for younger children so they are consistently secure and offer further opportunities for learning.

- How do you apply my funded hours? Whether they stretch them over the year, and the minimum days you have to book.
- Do you have a place for a child of my age now? Baby rooms fill first and waiting lists are common.
- Who would my child's key person be? And how long have the staff been there. No dataset holds this and it matters more than anything above.
- Can I visit at a busy time? Mid-morning on a weekday tells you far more than an empty room after hours.
