Funded hours
15 hours funded childcare support from the term after your child turns 9 months old, until they start school. In September 2025, 15 hours for working families with children under 3 will expand to 30 hours. All 3 to 4 year olds in England are now eligible for 570 funded hours per year, from the term after they turn 3 years old through to starting school.

These charges help bridge the gap between the high-quality care and facilities we provide and the funding allocated for basic childcare.

What to ask them

- How do you apply my funded hours? Whether they stretch them over the year, and the minimum days you have to book.
