Tax Free Childcare. 2 year old working parents grant. 2 year old funding for those on certain benefits. 15 hours universal funding and 30 hours for working parents.
Worth knowing. We only charge for hours over and above the free entitlement and this is charged on an hourly basis. We also charge for a hot lunch and this is charged on a daily basis.

What it is like to attend
The management and staff team create a welcoming environment, where children are happy, safe and well cared for. Staff get to know children and their families well. They find out about the unique needs of children to help them tailor care that supports children to move to the pre-school with confidence. Children develop good social skills. Staff place a strong focus on helping children learn to play with their friends cooperatively. Children learn how to take turns with favourite toys and gain a good understanding of kindness and respect for each other. Children behave well.
Children have a strong sense of belonging. They develop good levels of independence and are well prepared for their eventual move on to school
Staff are ambitious for children. They plan and provide a curriculum that supports children's individual learning. Children demonstrate that they are eager to play and that they enjoy the activities on offer. For instance, children practise balancing on

- What does it cost, all in? What is on top: meals, nappies, late pick-up, and what happens if you are late.
- How do you apply my funded hours? Whether they stretch them over the year, and the minimum days you have to book.
- Is there a place for my child's age? Baby rooms fill first and waiting lists are common.
- Who would my child's key person be? And how long have the staff been there. No dataset holds this and it matters more than anything above.
- Can I visit at a busy time? Mid-morning on a weekday tells you far more than an empty room after hours.
