Fees are £8.00 per non funded hour, for additional hours i.e. school holidays and between 8am and 8.50am and 2.50pm to 4pm.

Funded hours
Available to all 3 to 4 year olds for the Universal 15 hours of childcare a week or if eligible up to 30 hours per week. 2 Year Funding for 2 year Olds. In September 2025 the 30 hour funding was increased to include babies from the term after they turn 9 months upwards if parents meet the criteria.
Worth knowing. Early Education funded sessions are 8.50-11.50 or 8.50-2.50pm - term time only. If your child is booked in for the nursery sessions only i.e. 8.50-2.50pm or 8.50-11.50 am you would only pay the voluntary consumable charge.

What it is like to attend
Relationships between children and staff are positive, and children are happy and settled. Their emotional security is addressed well. For example, a gradual settlingin procedure is agreed with parents in accordance with their child's needs.
Friendships have formed among older children. A group of children work together using wooden bricks to build a house for their small-world figures. A child tries to construct a bridge with the bricks and says to another child, 'can you help me?'
Children behave well. Staff offer praise as a behaviour management strategy, and this helps to boost children's self-confidence and self-esteem.
What Ofsted told them to improve
To further improve the quality of the early years provision, the provider should: - consider ways to adapt sensory and mark-making activities for the group of children aged under two years, to provide a greater challenge for the older children in the group n provide more opportunities for children to learn about similarities and differences regarding cultures, traditions and families beyond their own.

- Is £8.00 an hour still the rate? What is on top: meals, nappies, late pick-up, and what happens if you are late.
- How do you apply my funded hours? Whether they stretch them over the year, and the minimum days you have to book.
- Do you have a place for a child of my age now? Baby rooms fill first and waiting lists are common.
- Who would my child's key person be? And how long have the staff been there. No dataset holds this and it matters more than anything above.
- Can I visit at a busy time? Mid-morning on a weekday tells you far more than an empty room after hours.
