Funded hours
Government funded sessions are available for all 3 and 4 year olds for up to 15 hours per week. We offer 15 hours funding per week term time (38 weeks of the year) or 11 hours per week all year round (50 weeks of the year). We also offer the extended 30 hours funding to eligible children which can be used as 30 hours per week term time only or 22 hours per week all year round.
Worth knowing. Our funding finishes at 5pm so bookings after this time are charged at the usual room rate.

What it is like to attend
Leaders have made good improvements to the setting since the last inspection.
Following training, staff implement an ambitious and sequenced curriculum that follows children's interests. Staff successfully build on what children know and need to learn next. As a result, children show increased motivation to engage and make good progress in their learning and development. For example, staff observe that babies have a strong interest in dolls. They use this interest to support babies'
emerging speech. Staff set up an area for babies to wash and care for dolls. Babies are eager to do this. They babble and begin to use single words while they play.
What Ofsted told them to improve
To further improve the quality of the early years provision, the provider should:
- strengthen staff's knowledge and understanding of how to support toddlers'
communication and language skills so that they can learn new words and build on their communication skills further n maximise how toddlers and pre-school-age children can further develop their knowledge of numbers and counting skills.

- Is £5.05 an hour still the rate? What is on top: meals, nappies, late pick-up, and what happens if you are late.
- How do you apply my funded hours? Whether they stretch them over the year, and the minimum days you have to book.
- Is there a place for my child's age? Baby rooms fill first and waiting lists are common.
- Who would my child's key person be? And how long have the staff been there. No dataset holds this and it matters more than anything above.
- Can I visit at a busy time? Mid-morning on a weekday tells you far more than an empty room after hours.
