What it is like to attend
Children arrive to a well-organised, welcoming environment where their interests and well-being are prioritised. Personal, social and emotional development is a key focus. Staff support children to settle, build friendships and understand routines.
They are positive role models who support children to learn to share, take turns and develop a strong sense of belonging. For example, staff help children regulate their emotions by offering calm reassurance during moments of distress. As a result, children feel safe, secure and confident to explore and engage in learning.
Leaders and staff have developed a curriculum thoughtfully designed to prepare children for school and life. Mathematics is embedded throughout daily routines, supporting early skills in counting, number recognition and shape. Staff encourage children to compare lengths and use descriptive words such as 'heavy' and 'fast'

To further improve the quality of the early years provision, the provider should:
- support staff to consistently manage behavioural expectations to help all children develop a clear understanding of rules, boundaries and what is expected of them n strengthen staff interactions to ensure all children consistently receive highquality support that promotes communication and language development.
