What it is like to attend
Children are happy in this warm and friendly nursery. They settle quickly and form close bonds with the adults who care for them. Staff are attentive. They recognise when young children need changing or are tired and respond quickly to their needs. Children show they feel secure and at home in the nursery.
The nursery team have high expectations for every child and support them well.
The stimulating curriculum supports all children's learning, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities and children from disadvantaged backgrounds. All children are able to make good progress from their starting points.
What Ofsted told them to improve
To further improve the quality of the early years provision, the provider should:
- strengthen curriculum planning to make better use of everyday opportunities to deepen children's understanding of healthy lifestyles and promote their good health.

- How do you apply my funded hours? Whether they stretch them over the year, and the minimum days you have to book.
- Do you have a place for a child of my age now? Baby rooms fill first and waiting lists are common.
- Who would my child's key person be? And how long have the staff been there. No dataset holds this and it matters more than anything above.
